That fits with my general impression of the workings of the Chickasaw nation. It seems to have a good fellas vibe to myself. We don't belong. The restaurants are not owned by the tribe. All of the restaurants are owned by a small group of individuals. That is who my son worked for and why he worked at several different restaurants at the Winstar. They would move him from one to the next to get him experience with each location. He ended up going elsewhere. He found the work force at winstar restaurants "unusual" and he had worked in many restaurants starting in his high school years.Going into management with in the Chickasaw nation generally requires you to have high blood quantum or family ties.
