Wish I knew. I'd like to know also. Personally, I trust, and have faith in, my fellow CCL holders to act properly and follow the law. Time has shown that CCL holders are among the more responsible citizens. I am proud to be a part of such a fine group!

Honestly having a Oklahoma concealed weapon license does not classify someone as being competent. ANYONE can get one that meets the minimum requirements and can pull a trigger and hit a paper target 2' in front of them. I don't know what special powers you guys think that the license holds. ITS A JOKE.
