It doesn't have anything to do with "enjoying a good burger." It has to do with simply "eating to live."
Ok, so when people talk about "Ron's" in Tulsa, there's more than one place/chain we have to figure out?
<edit> I mean I have seen the "Ron's Hamburgers and Chili" places, haven't ever been there, but I thought I saw someone up above mention a DIFFERENT Ron's was the place?
Gonna be passing through this afternoon, I considered maybe stopping someplace for a good burger, but getting to the Fat Guys spots isn't usually too conducive to passing through quickly - heading to West Siloam Springs to go camping and want to get there before it gets late so we can enjoy the ONE day of nice weather.

Used to travel back and forth from Dallas to Tulsa pretty frequently years ago. Always planned our travel times to make sure we were in Okmulgee at eating time. One of my favorite places to eat in all of Oklahoma and Texas was Coleman's right on the highway thru town. Great greasy burgers and delicious fries.
If for some reason it was not meal time when we passed it, we would just stop in for some homemade pie.
I really hated when they went out of business and now it is completely torn down and gone.
Don't travel up there much anymore since all of my relatives that lived there have now passed away. But great memories for many, many years.
Some folks can't process the connectivity and multiple thoughts Terry. Most of us understand exactly why you posted that.
