OK, let's say this bill passes into law with the retention device amendment intact. If I am carrying concealed and accidentally expose my weapon, I am now in violation of the law because my concealed carry holster does not have a retention device. Is that correct, or am I splitting hairs?

Just to be clear, open carry is not legal yet. It still has to go to the Senate and Pass. Then on the Guv! Earliest it would be legal if all goes well is November 1st. Keep em concealed for now guys and gals!!!!!
