I'm betting that a bad guy with a gun committed these murders and the only way to stop it would have been if there was a good guy there (or at least a questionable guy defending themselves) with a gun.

They do not alow CCW holders on property. Ask me how I know. I used to know somebody who lived there and I got put on the ban list because i'm a legal CCW holder.
