I've had a couple colts that were okay and a ruger for a little while. But to be honest the best shooting was an old Llama. Sold it to a guy who needed a home gun, wish I hadn't. Seems like with the Llamas you either get a good one or a crapper. Mine was a good one. Shot really tight groups and would digest anything you feed it.

Got one just like it ldp, and i have to agree with you. Very accurate and reliable pistol. I have become partial to my Kimber Ultra Carry II over the past couple of years though.

Got used to shooting a .45 with my dad's Colt, Gold Cup National Match, it was the pre-'70 series.

Anyways he took it back, and I had to go get one of my own. Ended up with the Series '70 Mk IV GC NM. Close but no cigar...
