tyrome, I have a similar 12V sealed lead acid batt to the one you're using that you can have if you need another. It came out of an older APC UPS that I tore apart for other parts and just couldn't bring myself to toss the battery. It should still be good, but will most likely need a charge, it's yours if you want it.

I have been working on a project for the last 6 months that has been exceptionally time consuming. 5400 square feet of house! For reference, the ceilings in the entry way there are 22 feet up.
