Fried Egg Sandwich

…. No offense to anyone, but as simple as fried egg sandwich is to make - I’ll just make one at the house in about 3 min.

Triggered! This irks me to no end. We usually only go out to eat maybe once a month or so and try to go to a different place each time. The other half will order chicken tenders/fingers almost every time and I'm like with all the different new things to try you always pick chicken fingers! Now back to our regularly scheduled programming...

Sounds like the Skyline on SE 15th just to the east of I-35. It's been gone for quite some time -- seems like the building is some type of oilfield or trucking operation.

The Skyline Diner was good eats at a reasonable price. If memory serves, they didn't survive the construction on I-35, but I don't recall exactly why.
